The book tells my mother's and father's life stories in great detail. It includes Dad's letters to my mother, his apprenticeship and career with J Stone in Britain and India, his cricket and rugby exploits, and his career at Rayner's, during which time he built the world's first dedicated intraocular lens factory. It concludes with his struggle with Alzheimers, and finally, it recounts Mum's efforts to seek recognition for his achievements.
