Oops, sorry
The Kindle version is exactly the same as the paperback, except that the index doesn't function (it's a Kindle thing because there are no page numbers!) There are also blank pages after a couple of the illustrations which I can't get rid of! You'd think with all those profits, Amazon could fix its own sofware, wouldn't you? I'll keep trying to sort it out between now and 26th March, but hopefully you won't mind a little glitch like that.
